RETURNS POLICY

Please note that all orders will be processed the same day if payment is received by 1.00pm UK time. Any orders placed after 1.00pm, over a bank holiday or on a weekend will be processed on the next working day. Once we have received your payment in full, as long as the item is in stock, it can then be dispatched. We dispatch all orders as soon as possible, but if you are in urgent need of an item or need it for a specific day, please email us at orders@lindiharrison.com and we will do our best to meet your requirements. If the item is not in stock, please allow a few working days for dispatch. We make each piece to the highest quality and standard it deserves. If there are any expected delays, we will be in contact with you.

Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery. You may wish to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign for the package. If no one is present, you will be left a card with the option of collecting the package yourself or reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. This applies to orders in the UK and Northern Ireland only. Delivery is free of charge for orders over £150 within the UK. Deliveries are not made on Sundays.

We accept returns in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange it for another item(s) of the same value. Simply post the item(s) back to us at the address listed below:

Should you wish to return an item, please securely re-package the item to minimise the risk of damage in the post. Given that the item is received in the exact condition, the item to be exchanged for will be dispatched if the item is in stock. You will be refunded for the cost of your jewellery. We cannot refund any delivery, postage or packaging charges, as well as any charges on orders outside the European Union. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to send back the item for your own protection, as we cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

How long will my refund take?
The card you use to pay will be the card that will be credited with the cost of the jewellery, minus delivery, postage and packaging charges. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund. We will email you to keep you informed as to the status of the return.

UK DELIVERY CHARGES
All UK orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days via standard first class recorded delivery with a charge to cover delivery, postage and packaging costs.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES
All orders from outside the UK will be shipped via international signed delivery with a charge to cover delivery, postage and packaging costs.
