To order online, just browse through the collections, and once you have found what you are looking for, click on the ‘add to cart’ link. You can then either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout by clicking on the link 'go to cart'. Once your payment has been processed and your order accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Most of our items are in stock or available within 1-2 working days. Any delays over a day or two will be notified to you by email and you will be able to cancel the order if necessary. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us at orders@lindiharrison.com. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order and we will check the current availability of any given item. While we keep available stock, occasionally there may be delays. We will email you within one working day should the estimated delivery time be delayed by more than a day or two, and will proceed with the order as normal or cancel and refund all money should you wish to do so. We believe in good customer service and will always keep you informed.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes, you can place your order online from overseas. Transactions are processed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and will leave your account in pounds. If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, please note that any duty and taxes in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Your local government determines duty and custom charge so the rules may vary by country.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal as a secure payment method, accepting all major debit and credit cards. PayPal deliver one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. Alternatively, please make cheques payable to Lindi Harrison Jewellery. Cheques are only accepted with your card details, your name and address clearly written on the back.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase online?
No, you do not need to register with PayPal before you make a purchase. When you proceed to the checkout you will be directed to a page that will allow you to either login into your PayPal account or pay by card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
