Director and designer Lindi Harrison brought her passion for jewellery to life in 2010 when she launched Lindi Harrison Jewellery. Born in Germany, raised in the Netherlands and the UK, with an extended family of artists and musicians, Lindi's home was filled with an eclectic mix of cultural artefacts from their travels. As a little girl, Lindi was attracted to creativity and her Latvian roots influenced her interest in textiles and knitting, which led her to studies in Fashion and Textile Design.
Lindi started designing and making jewellery professionally on her return to London. Throughout 2010 she designed for leading jewellery brand Angie Gooderham and has developed ranges for unique high end brands including Fortnum and Mason, The Royal Academy of Art and House of Fraser, to name just a few.
As a talented and versatile designer and entrepreneur, Lindi was fuelled by her belief that there was a lack of imaginatively designed vibrant and colourful jewellery available online for customers in search of exciting pieces of ethical and sustainable jewellery. Lindi gathers her inspiration from Africa's beautiful colours, fiery sunsets, blue oceans, sandy plains and captured shadows.
Lindi's vision is to celebrate design and craftmanship by using traditional means of production and to bring recycled and natural material into every stylish woman's wardrobe. Lindi Harrison designs it's own exquisite jewellery collections, focusing on utmost product integrity from start to finish.
"Lindi Harrison jewellery is made to be touched, felt and weighed in ones hand - I aim to translate the colours and textures of Africa into unique pieces of jewellery." Lindi
